The Record of Decision (ROD) was signed by the Federal Highway Administration on August 10, 2010. The City of Conway has the environmental clearance needed to move on with the design and right-of-way acquisition for the Conway Western Arterial Loop. |

Conway Transit Feasibility Study
Metroplan, the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the greater Little Rock area, contracted with LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc., to complete a public transit feasibility study for Conway, Arkansas. The focus of this study is to determine the feasibility of providing public transit service in Conway, and if transit is feasible, to develop an implementation plan.
