Conway Planning Commission 2012 Meeting Dates, Minutes and Reports The Conway Planning Commission typically meets the third Monday of each month. The monthly Public Hearings are held at the Russell L. "Jack" Roberts District Court Building at 810 Parkway Street. The Planning Commission reviews subdivisions, replats, site plans, annexations, rezonings, conditional uses, and building movings. The Planning Commission makes recommendations to the Conway City Council which in turn, make the final decisions.
