The Conway Planning Commission shall serve as the Board of Zoning Adjustment and will hear items as necessary at its regular meetings that are typically held the third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Russell L. "Jack" Roberts District Court Building, 810 Parkway, Conway, Arkansas. The Conway Planning Commission acting as the Board of Zoning Adjustment hears requests and grants zoning variances.

• Public Hearings start at 7:00 p.m. in the Russell L. "Jack" Roberts District Courtroom at 810 Parkway.
• Meetings generally on the 3rd Monday of each month.
• Application must be submitted at least 17 days prior to the public hearing.
• Applicant must submit certified letter receipts and newspaper ad 15 days prior to the public hearing.
• Applicant must post a public hearing notice sign on the property no less than 15 days prior to the
  public hearing.
