DEVELOPMENT REVIEW (formerly Site Plan Review)

All multi-family, office, commercial, and industrial development projects within Conway city limits require Development Review and Approval prior to any permits being issued. Please review the documents below, then contact the Planning Department to set up a preliminary conference as soon as possible.
