Information
The mission of the Code Enforcement Department is to ensure a cleaner, safer, and more beautiful Conway and thus to enhance the quality of life for all Conway residents.
The City of Conway has three civilian code enforcement officers. They are Ottie Cowgill, Bill Haynes, and Grant Tomlin. You can contact these officers using the following email addresses:

Administrative Assistant for Code Enforcement Barbara McElroy can be contacted by phone at 450-6191 or by email at barbara.mcelroy@cityofconway.org. She is in the office Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Calls coming in on Friday to Code Enforcement will go to voice mail and be returned between 3 and 3:30 p.m. when a code enforcement officer returns from the field.
